暑期健康計劃

對象:me

時期:the whole hoilday

計劃 3大方針

一. 早睡早起
      (盡量早訓, 暫定1點前睡覺, 但其實1點已經很夜)

二. 大量汲取營養, 仍有增磅必要 >.<
      (基本上一肚餓就食, 屋企有一定餅干, 零食, 有足夠彈藥補給 ^^)

三. 運動積極
      (自己平時冇做運動, 放假當時要抽時間ex. )

ps. (if 搵唔到暑期工, 計劃要加倍進行)
